• Account information: name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Profile information: grade level, location, and subjects of interest.
• Usage data: session bookings, quiz attempts, and connection activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the KANRA platform.
• To match students with relevant faculty.
• To send session confirmations and platform notifications.
• To calculate quiz scores and track learning progress.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase: our database and authentication provider.
• Faculty can see your name and grade level when you book a session.
• Other students can see your display name and grade level in the peer network directory.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use row-level security in our database so users can only access their own data.

5. Your Rights

• You can update your profile information at any time from your dashboard.
• You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
• You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

KANRA is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has registered, please contact us immediately.

7. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
